When my blinds were installed, Paul went the extra mile and helped me out - I had been unable to loosen the extremely tight screws in the brackets for the curtains I was no longer using. Paul removed all of the hardware for me. The Hunter Douglas Duette blinds look great and provide light filtering and insulation.
